• A deposit may be required before commencing work, especially for custom upholstery designs or significant material procurement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the condition of their furniture and any specific requirements for the service.
• For on-site or mobile services, clients must ensure adequate access and a safe working environment for our technicians.
• Payment for services must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sundown Seams will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent defects in materials or furniture, or any damage occurring during transit if the client arranges their own transportation. Our liability for any damage caused during the performance of services will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the value of the service fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom upholstery designs and unique restoration techniques developed by Sundown Seams remain our intellectual property. Images of completed work may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
